People generally remember two things from a wedding reception: the music and the food. Heather and Jessica of Premiere made sure that our guests had something to remember, in the best way possible!
They worked with us every step of the way, from suggesting decor and offering vegan/vegetarian alternative to adapting for changing RSVP numbers to excellent on-site service. The waitstaff and bartender were awesome, making sure that the guests had what they needed without being intrusive. They made a nerve-wracking time a lot easier for us, and we're grateful. Well done, Premiere!

Out of this world - Heather Irvin is amazingly talented and the chef - unbelievable. You need to hire Premiere Catering! Right away we knew she was the right one to cater Seth and Morgan's wedding - she came up with such creative menu options how to display it and also had great ideas for all the rentals - linens, place settings, etc. She was very sensitive about the budget too - very important! We knew, without a doubt, we would not need to worry about a thing because every time we met with her - everything was under control. The day of the wedding was so fantastic and totally exceeded our expectations. Call Premiere now!

Premier did a wonderful job making our wedding a beautiful, fun, and delicious event! Premier's knowledge of our venue's capabilities and layout was great and helped me feel at ease that our reception would be exactly what we envisioned. They also were extremely flexible with last minute changes due to the weather! I would recommend Premier for your next event.

The professionalism, planning, and organization of Heather and her staff in the months/days/hours leading up to the wedding kept me, my wife, and our families relatively stress-free during a pretty crazy time in our lives. Premiere knows the business and knows how to deal with the inevitable issues that come up during the wedding planning process, which really was huge in keeping our families focused on the important part of the day, our marriage. As a foodie, I can honestly say that the quality and presentation of their food was out of sight. They had great ideas, they worked with us and our ideas...we wanted veg options, we wanted seasonal/local ingredients...they surpassed all expectations. Great company, great people. True professionals. Hire Premiere for your event!!!!!

We could not ask for a more dedicated team especially that we all lived out of state and almost all the planning was done via conference calls and emails. The attention to detail and the quality, quantity and taste of the food was awesome. All of our guests raved on how delisious the food was.
The first thing they told me when we signed the contract was we would not have to worry about a thing on the wedding day. They would take care of all of it. We were to just relax and enjoy the day. And with them we were able to do just that. Friends and family who had planned weddings in the past, told me not to worry if a few things go wrong that is expected; for at least 5 to 10 things not to go how you planned them. I can honestly say with the team of people we had taking care of every little detail the wedding went off without a hitch. There was not one thing that went wrong.
My son and daughter in law said the wedding was exactly what they wanted and what they had invisioned and much more.
Thanks again to Heather Irvin and her team. I would highly recommend your team to anyone.

You guys did an amazing job. I can't thank you enough. The servers were excellent, the place looked amazing, and you were a lifesaver at every turn. I keep getting such positive feedback.

As a photographer, I have worked with many caterers and I must say Premiere Catering is absolutely "Top Notch!" The food, service, and overall event preparations are spectacular. When only the best will do… I highly recommend Premiere Catering!

I would like to personally thank you all for such a wonderful wedding. You made it so easy for Jimmy and me to enjoy our children,family and friends. Everyone said they had two days of fun, and because of you Brandon and Katie and their families will have wonderful memories forever! Gail Stephenson was both our wedding planner and Premiere Catering event coordinator. Gail impressed us initially by meeting with us to determine what we wanted - she didn't just hand us a menu saying "pick 2 from column A, and pick 3 from column B, etc...". We talked about my personality and my husband's - about how we met and our relationship, the vision we had for our wedding, etc... She got to know us FIRST and then put together a plan from start to finish from how the wedding and reception would flow, unique ideas for the rehearsal dinner, the wedding reception, the decorations, the invitations...the list goes on and on. I cannot imagine our wedding without Gail and Premiere Catering. 4 months later and people are STILL talking about our wedding, the decorations both inside Crenshaw Hall and outside, the food (presentation AND delicious!), the service by Gail, Heather, and all of the staff at Premiere. Since then, one of the VP's at my company (who was in our wedding), was so impressed by Gail and Premiere Catering, that she hired them to cater a company-function at their home. You will not be disappointed by this caterer. They are top-notch!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Heather and Premiere Catering & Evrents.
From the beginning of the planning of our daughter's wedding in December until now, I felt like Premiere Catering & Events (and especially Heather) were extended family! Heather was most helpful with her creative ideas but, at the same time, flexible and patient enough to incorporate our suggestions as well.
If we needed to call or e-mail up until the day of the wedding, she would respond immediately. She relieved my anxiety with all the details of the reception in order for us to concentrate on the special time between a bride and her mom.
From the delicious entrees and exquisite decorations to the gobo lighting and ice scupture, we were well pleased. The entire catering staff was most helpful and polite under Heather's direction. Her calm demeanor before and DURING the reception allowed guests to feel comfortable as well as pampered.

“I’m not even positive I have the vocabulary to communicate how wonderful it was to work with Premiere Catering & Events.
I worked primarily with Heather, and let me tell you – her vision can not be beat! I came to her with an idea the equivalent of a toddler’s crayon drawing, and the event she molded out of that drawing was definitely on the scale of Da Vinci’s talent.
The best part of working with Premier Catering & Events would have to be their creative energy - we had a very non-traditional wedding in mind, and these guys were more than willing to get elbows deep in ideas with us - and the result was a wedding and reception to remember!
Throughout all of the stress of wedding planning, and on through to the end of our reception, we received most exemplary service. It was so wonderful to know that we had such skilled people running the show. Every need was met, every wish was granted, and every hiccup was cured, and every stomach was filled with wonderful food (have them make you miso soup - it was amazing!)
The biggest compliment I received was the statement that our wedding and reception felt like "a real party with great energy." I attribute that energy to the Heather and the wonderful crew at Premiere Catering & Events!”

From the first time we met at the Bridal Show, Joe and I both knew you were "the one" to handle our reception. We could tell that any party you planned would be fun....and that is what we wanted ...a fun party!! And did you ever prove us right!! Folks are still talking about our "fun reception". Our reception was perfect from start to finish! It was magical for both of us. You gave us so many special moments but we especially appreciate the 15 minutes you gave us before entering our reception. You had the room lit with candles, music playing and a small taste of all the food our guest would be served. We savored those delicious morsels, and the few quiet minutes alone as Mr. and Mrs. This attention to detail proved true for the remainder of the evening....the staff was dressed professionally, they were polite and unobtrusive, and very efficient. The menu offered unique dishes like shrimp and grits to introduce our "northern:" relatives to Southern delicacies. The appetizers were wonderful; in fact your staff created one just for us....a combination of things we liked. Your attention to detail and clock work, kept the evening flowing until we were ready to say goodbye to our guests. I never worried about one detail, you and your staff had everything covered from beginning to end.
Thank you for the most wonderful wedding reception a couple could ask for!

“Oh my goodness, Heather! Last night was amazing! We have loved Premiere Catering & Events all along for the wonderful service and people. We figured the food was bound to be good, but, it's "wedding food" after all, so we didn't have the highest expectations. How many dried out chicken breasts have we all had at weddings over the years?
But last night you not only continued to wow us in terms of service and graciousness, but the food was to die for! None of us could decide between the dishes and started resorting to "what will stain my dress the least if I spill" to make decisions because everything was just so good! We had no idea that you would be serving for rehearsal and all the appetizers, too. We were positively blown away by everything and now have all the more reason to be so excited for the big day.
Thank you for putting all of that together and for all your help these past few months. … I just wanted to thank you for such a great experience. You impressed us and my family yet again!”

Premiere Catering & Events handled my open house at our new office in September. They arrived early and worked with me to set up the room, prep food, and arrange the bar. Their customer service exceeded all expectations, and the staff really cared about making the event special. The food was on another level. I have had many guests approach me and say how great all of the food was … even the presentation of each new thing that came out was amazing! I will definitely be using Premiere Catering & Events again in the future.

“We first became aware of Premiere Catering & Events after attending several events which they had catered. We then had the opportunity to host an event for the Home Builders Association. They sent Heather Irvin, Gail Stephenson and several of her staff to our home to plan the event. On the afternoon of the party, the staff showed up and did everything according to schedule from setting up the tables, the bar, the decorations and of course, cooking the delicious food on site.
We were so impressed with the service and the quality of the food that we called them again when we hosted a political fundraiser. This was actually the first event that we contracted completely on our own. Not only was Gail very helpful with the planning and the menu, she was competitive with the price and able to provide a beautiful set up within our budget. The staff was extraordinary in their efficiency, remaining unobtrusive throughout the event. And most importantly, they cleaned up afterwards, leaving me free to kick off my shoes and relax!
They have our vote as "The Premiere Catering Company.”

“Wow!! We know how to throw a party!! Seriously, thank you so much for everything you and your company did to make this event such a success. The room was beautiful and the food was fabulous and plentiful. The lighting, real snow, acrylic ice bar, candy bar, snowflake ice sculpture, white furniture, props, white sheer draping, silver and blue linens, silver chairs and photo booth were all was very, very effective! Everyone seemed to have a great time and we’ve heard very positive feedback. In this industry it really is nice to be able to just attend a party with friends every once in a while…Again, many thanks for all you did to make this happen.
